What Went Down at Footpatrol’s Virgil Abloh x Nike “The Ten” Release

To celebrate its release of the Virgil Abloh x Nike "The Ten" collection, sneaker retailer Footpatrol transformed its London location into a study of the shoes' deconstructed designs.

The London retailer took aesthetic cues from the reworked icons to create an exhibition space to celebrate the limited release of the highly sought-after shoes. Sneakerheads who braved the cold weather for a pair of "The Ten" were treated to an interactive display highlighting the "GHOSTING" and "REVEALING" concepts that informed the reimagined icons. Check out the photos above and video below to see how London's Footpatrol celebrated the release of "The Ten" collection.

For another chance to get your hands on "The Ten," make sure to check out the official Nike SNKRS release schedule for the collection.

One section of the Chicago rapper's performance that has garnered widespread acclaim is his R&B parody song, "Come Back Barack." As the title of the amusing track indicates, it's clear that the 24-year-old rapper misses his former President Barack Obama -- and judging from the reaction on Twitter tracked by the hashtag #comebackbarack, he's not alone.

Check out some of the funnier tweets below and let us know what you thought of the Chance The Rapper's attempt at hosting SNL in the comments.

Watch Drake Get Curved in the Latest Virginia Black Ad

The room is washed in a warm light from a fireplace flickering nearby. Passionfruit plays softly in the distance. Amongst the murmuring evening crowd, Drake stands solo at a marble bar, chain glistening against his dark turtleneck. He locks eyes with a sultry woman across the room. But as he approaches, realizes the one she's headed for is none other than Dennis Graham. Drizzy is left lingering, his emotional tension matched by the chords still playing in the background. He quickly accepts his fate and walks out of the shot. Check out the clip above, a hilarious follow-up to an ad shared by Virginia Black Whiskey earlier this year. Hopefully we can expect a third in the series where Drake finally gets his girl.

However, his brother has said otherwise in a recent interview with People; “We [the family] have heard there was some sort of substance he did not expect to be involved in the substance he was taking...He thought he could take what he did, but he had been given something and he didn’t realize what it was...It was an accident, it really was an accident. He was super happy with where he was in life.”

It may take up to two months until a confirmed toxicology report is released, but in the meantime our thoughts are with his friends and family.
