adidas Will Award an NFL Prospect a Private Island If They Can Break This Record

Last year, adidas football offered up $1 million USD to any NFL prospect that could break the Combine's 40-yard dash record of 4.24, held by both Rondel Menendez (1999) and Chris Johnson (2008). Unfortunately no one won, as the fastest time came from former Georgia running back Keith Marshall with a time of 4.31 seconds.

This year, the sportswear brand will continue the tradition, however instead of a cash prize, it will award the record-breaker with their own private island (the island in question has not been announced). All "terms and conditions" can be read here, but the most notable one is that the athlete must be wearing a pair of adidas's 2017 adizero 5-Star 40 cleats during their run, and must sign with adidas football for the forthcoming season. That's pretty cool of adidas, but what is a 20-some-year-old going to do with an island?

The NFL Combine runs from February 28 to March 6 in Indianapolis.

colette Plans Nike Collab, Snarkitecture Installation & More for 20th Anniversary Celebration

2017 marks colette's 20th anniversary and you'd better bet that the Parisian boutique has some big things in store to celebrate the milestone. Things are set to kick off next month with a series of 20 limited edition collaborations. While the range has yet to be revealed, we do have a look at one of the offerings: an exclusive take on the Air Woven. Absent from the Swoosh's lineup since it released a pack in celebration of the 2012 Euros (though it did equip the upper with a Free sole unit throughout 2013 and 2014), the kicks come in colette's familiar blue and white combo from head to toe. Fans can also expect co-branded drops from the likes of Converse, Club75, Dr. Martens, Pedro Winter, and more while Snarkitecture will be bringing a version of its plastic ball-filled The Beach installation to Les Arts Décoratifs as a part of the festivities.

Look for things to kick off on March 21 and stay tuned for more from the 20th anniversary endeavor.

Warren Buffet Offers up His Riches for March Madness Office Pool at Berkshire Hathaway

The second richest person in the world, billionaire Warren Buffett, has more money than he knows what to do with, so much so that he has raised the stakes in his Berkshire Hathaway's March Madness bracket pool. If one lucky employee can correctly guess all of the teams in this year's Sweet 16 round he/she will earn $1 million USD a year for the rest of their life. Buffett told CNBC on Monday, "If they can get to the Sweet 16, if there's only one of them, whoever it is, he or she gets a million dollars a year for the rest of their life."

It's not impossible to correctly guess the Sweet 16, as 14 out of 11.57 million, or 1 in 826,000 pulled it off on ESPN.com in 2014. However as a consolation, the Berkshire chairman and CEO will still award a $100,000 USD cash prize to whoever gets the furthest in guessing the tournament's winners.

Buffett has offered some insane March Madness cash prizes in the past, most notably $1 billion USD in 2014 to whoever correctly guessed every game in the tournament. No one won, of course.

Since early January word has been spreading about an upcoming collaboration between KAWS and Jordan Brand. Previously, KAWS teased the forthcoming project with an image of a hangtag hosting dual branding between the two. Accompanied by images of what was a black based Air Jordan 4 with suede material and KAWS branding under its translucent sole, it seems as if the plan has taken a new route. The latest tease displays a tonal grey colored Air Jordan 4 with suede material throughout its entire upper as well. Additional detailing can be found if you look closer to view artistic stitching along spontaneous locations throughout the upper and outsole in addition to a glow in the dark touch.

MAHAGRID Pays Homage to K-Pop Icon Kim Sung-jae With New Capsule

Late K-pop icon Kim Sung-jae has long been considered to be one of the most influential artists in the history of K-pop and is widely considered to be one of the first artists to incorporate hip-hop into Korean music as one half of the duo Deux. This season, more than two decades after his untimely and mysterious death at the age of 23, fledgling Korean label MAHAGRID is paying homage to Sung-jae with a special capsule collection that recreates the hockey-inspired ensemble he wore for his last-ever performance -- one that also coincided with the debut of his highly anticipated solo album, As I Told You, on November 19, 1995. The collection not only images the "TEAM SERIOUS" top as a tee, hoodie, and cap, but also coincides with a matching skate deck and figurine by SLOWWALKER.

Though both the deck and figure are sold out, K-pop fans can find the remainder of the homage now via MAHAGRID's web store while supplies last.
