Converse Chuck Taylor All Star ’70 “Peace”

Patriotic sneakers are nothing new from Converse, but the brand has put a unique spin on its red, white and blue Chucks for Summer 2015. Coming in the form of the brand's premium '70 edition of the low-top silhouette, the new "Peace" release serves as a nod of sorts to the hippie subculture of the late '60s and early '70s in America, pairing a peace-sign covered blue canvas sneaker (left) with one marked by horizontal red and white stripes (right). Both shoes come built atop the Chuck '70's thick sole unit and rubber foxing while incorporating black hits to the likes of the foxing stripes, heel branding badge, canvas heel stripe, laces and rubber toe cap. Retailing for $85 USD, the mismatched kicks can be found now at Las Vegas's Feature.
